This is an 11 episode anime called Hand Maid May. It begins with the main character, Kazuya who happens to be a computer/robot wizard and his best friend/enemy Nanbara uploads a viris on Kazura's computer hoping to ruin all his work, but instead Kazuya ends up accidently orders a Hand Maid May cyborg who is only a foot tall. As he grows to attached to May he has to come up with her $1,450,000.00 bill or send her back....
This anime was alright, but it had a bit too much panty flashes for me.
